Small actions.Big change.
Bloomley turns your wellbeing goals into one thing you can do today.

How it works
Three decisions.
Then you are done deciding.
Name one intention
Not twelve goals and a spreadsheet. One thing you want to be true this week — move more, sleep better, text a friend back.
Bloom shrinks it to today
A week-sized intention becomes a today-sized mission. Ten minutes, usually. Small enough that the excuse runs out.
Do it, and that is the day
No streak to protect, no rings to close, no second mission waiting behind the first. Bloom says it out loud: that's everything for today.
Three pillars
Pick what you want to look after.
You choose one or more when you start, and you can change it any time. Every mission Bloom hands you comes from a pillar you actually picked.
- Physical
- Movement, water, rest. The unglamorous things that decide how the rest of the day goes.
- Example mission: Walk for 10 minutes
- Mental & emotional
- Breathe, pause, unplug. Room to notice how you are doing before it becomes a problem.
- Example mission: Put the phone in another room for an hour
- Social
- Connect, thank, share. The part every habit tracker forgets, and the part that keeps you going.
- Example mission: Send one message you have been putting off
The whole trick
Low on energy?
The mission gets smaller.
Bloomley asks how you are before it asks anything of you. A flat day gets you a five-minute mission, not a guilt trip and a broken streak. The bar moves to meet you, which is the only reason anyone keeps showing up.

The flow
You reach the good part
before you reach a password.
Most wellbeing apps ask who you are before they show you anything. Bloomley waits. You get your first mission first, and only then does it offer to save it.
01Open the app. No account, no form.
02Say what you want to look after.
03Tell Bloom how much you have in the tank.
04Get one mission. Sized to today.
Better with people
Bring a friend, or don't.
Missions can be shared. You see when a friend finishes theirs, they see when you finish yours, and that is the whole of it — no leaderboard, no public streak to be embarrassed about. Solo works exactly as well.

Questions
The things people ask.
Is it free?
The daily mission, the three pillars and the energy check-in are free and stay free. If we add a paid tier later it will be for extras, never for the thing the app is actually for.
When does it launch?
We are building it now and opening access in waves. Join the waitlist and you will get one email when your wave opens — not a newsletter.
Do I have to log everything?
No. One mission a day, one tap to mark it done. There is no food diary, no step target and no weekly report card.
What happens if I miss a day?
Nothing. Bloom does not punish gaps or reset a counter to zero. You pick up the next day with a mission sized to how you feel that morning.
Which platforms?
iPhone and Android at launch, built from one codebase. A web version is not planned yet.
